We went to the zoo today and it was the first time that Julianne really noticed the animals.

She made this face all day at every animal she saw.

This is picture was on her birthday before we took her to the babysitters. We went to Planet Fun before her party so Jeff and Jules could have a little fun with Grandma and Grandpa McDermed, Aunt Cindy, Uncle Jason, and Uncle Kevin.

Julianne did very well with her cupcake and really wasnt that messy. I guess practice the day before paid off.

I found a picture of this cake online and I thought it was the perfect girlie cake for a 1st birthday. (It tasted really good too!)
